Mary Kate Walker is a dabbler in all things artsy.  At a very young age, she got her hands on a pack of crayons and some printer paper.  After that, she quickly moved on to polymer clay, painting, papercrafts, beadwork, sewing, resin casting, and most recently, glass art.  Mary Kate finally seems to have found her niche in the crafting community - her glass creations are unique and fun.  Mary Kate is a student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where she is currently working towards a teaching credential.  She teaches stained and fused glass at a student run Craft Center, and plans on being a teacher in the future.  If all goes right, she will teach English during the school year and travel the art fair circuit in the summer.
