Brian Jensen has great childhood memories of visits to Lake Minnetonka, and watching the classic wooden boats. He was already a budding artist, and spent time painting with his father. After graduating from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, he went on to become a successful illustrator.
Later Brian discovered Lake Waconia, just down the road from Lake Minnetonka. He loved it so much, he moved nearby, along with his supportive wife and two bright and beautiful daughters.
Brian explores the beauty of the lakes and landscapes through the seasons and changing light; then creates wonderful iconic paintings reminiscent of days-gone-by.
